Actions speak louder than pledges
Our newest manufacturing facility in Dalian, China is LEED Gold certified. With an overall area of over 62,000 m² or 666,000 sq ft, it stands as BAC's largest manufacturing facility in the world and will house one of BAC’s full scale test labs. When the plant opened in 2021, solar panels installed on site had a capacity to generate approximately 380 MWh annually. In 2022, we invested in additional panels that tripled the annual capacity to over 1,100 MWh. In 2024, we plan to further expand our annual solar electricity generation by 550 MWh with our manufacturing facility in Italy.
